At Auric Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging, unopened and undamaged
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened trading card boxes, booster boxes, or packs
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Preorder items that have already shipped
- Damaged items due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@auriccards.com within 7 days of delivery.
Preorder Cancellations
Preorders may be cancelled before the item has shipped. To cancel, contact us at hello@auriccards.com with your order number and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note: in the event of significant market fluctuations, a restocking fee may apply to cancellations. Once a preorder has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exception: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, Auric Cards will cover the return shipping cost in full.
